Lending Sidekick is a free matching service that connects U.S. homeowners with licensed mortgage brokers and lenders. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you complete our quiz we collect the answers you select (requested HELOC amount range, credit score range and property state) together with the name, email address and phone number you provide. We also collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to connect you with licensed mortgage brokers and lenders in our network so they can provide HELOC options and quotes, and to operate and improve our website.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to optimize our ads. The pixel records actions on this website — such as viewing the quiz, reaching the phone step and submitting the form — and reports them to Meta. Quiz answers such as your credit score range are never sent to Meta. Visitors in regions that require prior consent (including the EEA, UK and Switzerland) are not tracked by the pixel.

Your choices

You can opt out of Meta's use of this data for ads in your Facebook ad preferences, and you can block the pixel entirely with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker. You may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by asking the caller to remove you.

Sharing

We share your contact details and quiz answers with licensed mortgage brokers and lenders in our network so they can contact you with HELOC options. We do not sell your personal information.
